CNC Routing is a powerful overhead router moving under computer control to cut and profile sheet materials laid on a machined surface

We can machine all types of material thickness ranging for .1mm vinyl to 100mm thick stock materials , we can cut multiply layers so thickness can be any size it done in multiply stacks

We can cut sheets up to a maximum size of 2m x 5m.

There are two options here 1. Is a powerful vacuum pump which sucks the material the bed surface preventing movement. 2. Is the use of mechanical clamps to hold the material in place

What's the advantage of computer controlled routers?

Yes we can source all materials for your project thats not a problem we have a large range of stock materials in house and a large network of suppliers iso material sourcing is no problem.

Yes if you have your own materials we will cut them surely not a problem we are always glad to help and save you money in the process

A CNC Router is a very useful piece of equipment it can do the following opertaions

Profile - cut aroud a set shape

engrave - engrave out text

drill- drill a serious of holes

pocket - machines out an area

chamfer - adds a bevel to the sides of a component

3d carve - can machine 3d models

Inlays - can inlay to different materials into i piece

Yes we offer a CAD and Project Design service where we can take your sketch or concept from idea to a CAD /CAM file this can then be used to create a finished product

We make parts and components right from 10mm to 2m+ we can also engreve text as small as 3mm in height
