We can machine all types of material thickness ranging for .1mm vinyl to 100mm thick stock materials , we can cut multiply layers so thickness can be any size it done in multiply stacks

Yes we can source all materials for your project thats not a problem we have a large range of stock materials in house and a large network of suppliers iso material sourcing is no problem.

We make parts and components right from 10mm to 2m+ we can also engreve text as small as 3mm in height

Yes we offer a CAD and Project Design service where we can take your sketch or concept from idea to a CAD /CAM file this can then be used to create a finished product

Accuracy and repeatability for a start. The router has a tolerance of +- 0.05mm so multiple components will be exactly the same.

It's all drawn on computer aided design (CAD) software. The shape to be cut is laid out in the software and tool paths are applied by the user, this is then sent to the router which tells it how to move.
